Project Description
INDOVA is an institutional network of modern light industrial and urban logistics parks developed in Moldova. The project is designed to replace obsolete Soviet-era facilities with energy-efficient, modular Type B light industrial assets tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The development spans two strategic locations—Muncești 621 and Băcioi—and applies Western European construction standards with flexible layouts to support logistics, light manufacturing, and e-commerce operations. INDOVA addresses a structural shortage of modern industrial space while offering scalable, institutional-grade value in an underserved market.
