Unlike traditional massive logistics centers or outdated Soviet-era garages ("Type C"), this project focuses on creating modern, modular "Type B" facilities designed as professional "Business Homes." The development spans two key locations—Muncești 621 and Băcioi—combining Western European construction standards with flexible layouts to serve the growing Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.
