Role Overview
The Business & Financial Analyst will support leadership through financial modelling, market analysis, and performance reporting. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Prepare KPI dashboards, monthly performance reports, and management summaries
• Conduct market, competitor, and sector research
• Support strategic planning and evaluation of new initiatives
• Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends and insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify data
• Prepare presentations and internal briefs for management
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or strategy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and uphold confidentiality
• UAE experience is preferred but not required

Compliance & Documentation Officer

Role Overview
The Compliance & Documentation Officer ensures the company maintains proper documentation standards, meets local regulations, and adheres to internal governance procedures. This is not an administrative role—it’s governance and compliance focused.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain structured documentation and secure filing systems
• Assist with internal compliance reviews, checklists, and regulatory preparation
• Coordinate KYC, due-diligence documents, and risk assessments
• Ensure policies and workflows adhere to UAE regulatory expectations
• Support communication with advisors, service providers, and internal teams
• Prepare concise summaries, compliance reports, and required documentation
• Protect confidentiality and maintain high standards of data integrity
Requirements

• Organise and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval

• Assist with expense tracking, document preparation, and routine reporting

Requirements
