The model combines driver-owned commercial vehicles with a centrally managed fleet, enabling rapid growth, high utilization, and asset-backed scalability. Premium Mercedes-Benz EQE and EQS vehicles serve the VIP segment, while GMC vehicles power the commercial expansion, positioning the platform for sustained cash flow and market leadership.
