The project involves the development and seed-stage fundraising of Attendo, a hospitality workforce marketplace incorporated in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. The platform addresses a critical gap in the UAE market: the complete absence of a compliant, on-demand staffing solution for F&B and hospitality venues.

Attendo operates across two models — a UAE-first compliance-driven approach launching January 2027, where Emirates ID, visa, and NOC verification are handled automatically, and a global instant-booking model rolling out from Year 3 across 15 markets. The platform manages shift posting, worker matching, attendance tracking, and wallet-based payments in a single app, positioning Attendo for sustained revenue growth and regional market leadership.
